本アプリを使用して、かかりつけの医療機関を検索し、登録することができます。現在はかかりつけ医の登録機能のみですが、今後は医師とコミュニケーションする機能を追加していきます。

慢性疾患の治療のために内服治療を継続中で、定期的に医療機関を受診する必要がある患者さんが、本アプリを使用して医師に症状や検査データを送ることで、診察・処方を受けることができます。

いつでもどこでも診察・処方を受けることができるので、医療機関の予約の手間や待合室での待ち時間をなくし、プライバシーも確保された環境で診察を受けることができます。

アプリ自体は無料。診察に係る費用は別途必要になります。

・登録方法

アプリをダウンロード後、メールアドレス・パスワード等を入力して登録して下さい。医療機関コード/QRコードを入力することでかかりつけ医を登録することができます。なお、本アプリを利用できるのは、初回の対面診察を行った後の、再診からとなります。
